HR Generalist
This is the perfect role for a young professional who is ready for a next step in his/her HR career and aspires towards more responsibility in an ambitious but informal environment. We are looking for a high potential HR professional who is eager to get hands-on people experience. You will be exposed to a broad range of responsibilities from day one. We expect you to pick things up quickly, demonstrate a strong team spirit and be curious. Moreover, we find it important that you enjoy working with a very diverse group of smart people in a fast-paced environment.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the employee onboarding process including assisting in post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, schedule and paperwork
- Coordinate logistics around expat hires
- Manage and maintain all employee files, digital library and records
- HR data management (data entry in Workday)
- Assist in Benefits administration
- Organize HR events
- Provide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues
- Coordinate Immigration cases and records including maintain documentation and case progression
- Ad-hoc (local and global) projects as assigned.
Your skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an international, tech driven, or strategy consultancy environment
- Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic and flat organization
- Hands on mentality, able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively
- Critical, with an eye for detail, though pragmatic
- Great stakeholder management skills and team player
- Autonomous with a driven, tenacious and outcome focused mentality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
